When will I receive my statement?Show more
We are mailing statements progressively from 8 October onwards.
We would like to provide them earlier, but a lot of information needs to be pulled together before we can calculate end of year fees and returns, and this is the earliest date possible.
If you have chosen to receive your statement online, we’ll send you an email to let you know when your statement is available. To view your statement, log in to your account and go to statements in your Document centre.
If you currently receive your statement in the mail and would prefer to receive it online, simply log in to your account and update your communication preferences.
