Simple advice at no extra cost

  1. The objectives do not constitute a forecast or guarantee of future performance or the future rates of return of the investment option. The trustee will review and may change the investment objective of an investment option from time to time. Click here to view more information for accumulation members, transition to retirement members or retirement income stream members.

  2. Click here to view the underlying modelling methodology used to estimate risk labels and the expected frequency of negative returns.

  3. The actual allocation will vary over time and are displayed as of 'July 2018'. Where necessary, the trustee will take steps to maintain the actual allocation within + or - 20% of the growth to income allocation. The trustee may vary the actual asset allocation for an investment option from time to time. Click here for details of the current actual asset allocations. Alternatives can include both income and growth assets.

  4. FYTD means financial year to date starting from 1 July. Investment returns are calculated after allowing for income tax on investment income, and investment management expenses but before the deduction of administration fees from members' account balances. These returns are not the returns of your investment in the fund, as your individual net rate of return takes into account the amount and timing of the transactions on your account, changes in the value of your investment(s) and whether earnings are subject to tax within the fund. This could mean your net rate of return differs from the performance of the investment option(s) you were invested in. Neither the investments of the trustee nor payments of capital to members are guaranteed by the trustee. It is important to remember that past performance is not a reliable indicator nor is it a guarantee of future performance. This document provides general information only and does not take into account your objectives, personal financial situation or needs. We recommend you obtain financial advice that is tailored to your personal circumstances.

  5. Investment fees may vary from year to year and cannot be precisely calculated in advance. The investment fees shown above are indicative only and are based on the fees and costs for each investment option for the 12 months to 30 June 2017, including several components which are estimates only. The actual amount you'll pay in future years will depend on the actual fees, costs and taxes incurred by the trustee in managing the investment option. Borrowing costs, implicit transaction costs, and property operating costs may also affect your investment but are not included above. Click here to view fees and costs for accumulation accounts.
