Key dates for employer super and payroll support
You’re probably acutely aware of how quickly the end of year is approaching, and while we can’t slow down time, the good news is your dedicated Employer Relations team are available, should you need them, every week day from 8:30am to 5:30pm AEDT, except on National Public Holidays.
National Public Holidays are New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
In the event we are not available to take a phone call we have a voicemail and call back service.

End of year housekeeping
Now is a good time to check all members have member numbers recorded in the clearing house and any members who no longer work for you have had their termination dates notified to us.
Next contribution deadline
A reminder, the next Super Guarantee quarterly due date, for the period 1 October to 31 December, is 28 January 2020.
We recommend our employers schedule super payments on a monthly cycle to ensure they are never at risk of missing a deadline.
