We offer a supportive work culture that encourages our people to do their best.
We are passionate about providing opportunities and experiences that help our people develop and grow in their careers.
We’re proud to offer our people a truly collaborative workplace that responds to rapid change, without losing sight of what we stand for: our members. And we strive to provide employee benefits that truly make our workplace ‘a great place to work’.
In 2018 we received the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation in recognition of our inclusive culture and genuine commitment to achieving gender equality in our workplace.
We have opportunities for careers in a range of areas including our member contact centre, financial planning, business development, insurance, finance, marketing, information technology, operations and investments, just to name a few.
Strong company values
We exist solely to give our members a better life in their years after work.
As one of the nation’s largest funds, we’re in a great position to make positive change in the lives of our members and always put our members at the heart of everything we do.
This philosophy extends to our people and culture.
We support work-life balance, recognising our people have families and commitments outside of work that shape who they are when they come to work.
We recruit not only for the right technical expertise, but for talented people who share our values for community, integrity and transparency.
And while we take our roles seriously, we believe there’s always room to have fun.Tell me more about First State Super's philosophy
We have offices in Sydney and Melbourne and have a growing presence in regional centres across NSW, ACT and Victoria. We also have staff in Western Australia.
Our head office is located in Sydney in the heart of the financial services district.
Our Melbourne office hosts over half of our people, and is home to our phone-based member service centre.
We have opened member service centres across regional centres in NSW and Victoria with plans to open more of these in metropolitan and regional areas.
These will provide members with access to our staff, including financial advisors, in locations that are closer to them, not closer to us.
So whether you’re servicing our members in the member contact centre, monitoring financial markets and fund performance, or providing members with financial advice, we have a large number of diverse roles in a range of locations.
